** What You'll Be Doing
*** Manage daily collections and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Respond to credit-related inquiries via phone and email.
* Support customers onboarding digital platforms and resolve payment issues.
* Enforce Builders Lien and Payment Bond rights in coordination with Credit Management.
* Contribute to reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improving credit KPIs.
** What Are We Looking For
*** 2+ years in credit, collections, or accounts receivable.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of credit processes.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service excellence.
** Work Environment
** This position is based in an office setting with regular interaction across departments. It requires strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
