Serve as a highly analytical, detail‑oriented contributor who translates complex data into actionable insights that support cost leadership and competitive advantage.

• Manage "out-of-process" orders for NPI programs and develop visual readiness reports to track progress, risks, and key actions.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives across Resource Industries product groups by identifying and executing opportunities through should‑cost analysis, order quantity optimization, similar part analysis, and multi‑source arbitrage.
• Prepare clear, concise, executive‑ready summaries highlighting risks, savings opportunities, readiness status, and performance metrics.
• Create dashboards to monitor project/program health and identify data trends.
• Present findings and recommendations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI in polished executive‑ready format.
• Optimize order quantities and evaluate sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to implement cost‑saving initiatives.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (advanced, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and PowerPoint.
• Ability to create dashboards, power queries, and executive level summaries.
• Ability to read technical drawings and part numbers.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, data analytics, or related field with 4+ years related experience (technical degree).

or Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field with 2+ years related experience.

or Associate’s degree in engineering, business administration, data analytics, or related field with 6‑8 years related experience.

• Data analytics – Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts), Power BI, PowerPoint.
