Manager, Enablement

Manager, Change Enablement (Multiple Positions) – Irving, TX

Lead complex and strategic change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Oversee project coordination, stakeholder communication, and employee capability building to drive successful adoption of change.

• Assess business readiness, identify gaps, and recommend strategies.
• Coordinate and oversee activities of junior resources.
• Apply formal change architectures, models, and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
• Measure short- and long-term outcomes of change initiatives.
• Build and execute strategic training plans.
• Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support data-driven change models.
• Manage routine work streams within larger projects/programs.

Travel to client sites (domestic) up to 80% of the time. Commute within a reasonable distance of Irving, TX.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Innovation Design Engineering, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of change project management experience in a technology-focused environment.
• At least 2 years developing and executing customized change management plans (ADKAR/Prosci).
• At least 2 years collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Cloud Migrations, and Microsoft Teams.
• At least 3 years managing projects from inception to completion using Jira, Asana, and MS Project.
• At least 3 years coaching clients on executive communication and strategic roadmaps.
• At least 3 years facilitating client workshops and presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.

Compensation is based on location, role, skill set, and experience. For this position in Texas, the salary range is $89,024 – $128,000 per year.
