Director, Business Operations – Real Property Management
Real Property Management, a franchised organization providing full‑service real‑estate management, seeks a Director of Business Operations to serve as a strategic partner and operational leader for Franchise Business Owners.
Primary Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for Franchise Business Owners, providing timely software, system, and maintenance support.
- Champion Real Property Management’s systems and processes to support franchisee growth and align them with brand standards.
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for overall organization performance and individual franchise locations.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to enhance the franchisee experience and preserve managed properties.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage brand‑ambassador programs and initiatives to strengthen Real Property Management’s market position.
- Support franchisees in achieving their business goals by guiding resource use, training, and best‑practice implementation.
- Collaborative – Work closely with internal teams to execute strategic plans.
- Empathetic – Treat every interaction as an opportunity to build relationships.
- Adaptable – Flexible and willing to meet with customers at varied times.
- Clear & Concise – Communicate goals, objectives, and responsibilities effectively.
- Results‑Oriented – Strengthen franchisee relationships and influence brand standards.
- Data‑Driven – Focus on activities that achieve franchise and organizational goals.
- Certification in Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or property management preferred. Five (5) or more years of related experience as a business coach, small business owner, property management professional, or equivalent.
10–25% travel required.
Compensation & ScheduleCompetitive pay commensurate with experience. Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8AM to 5PM (local time).
