As a Director, Business Operations on the Real Property Management team, a typical day for you will include:
Primary Responsibilities- Trusted Advisor – Act as the primary contact for Franchise Business Owners at Real Property Management providing timely and accurate software and maintenance support. Champion Real Property Management’s systems and processes to support Franchise Business Owners’ growth. Develop key performance indicators to measure performance both as an entire organization and at the individual franchise location.
- Active Engagement – Develop strong internal and external relationships to efficiently enhance the experience of our Franchise Business Owners while maintaining and preserving the properties they manage. Utilize tools, programs, systems and network to reinforce programs and policies.
- Brand Ambassador – Plan, coordinate and manage programs and initiatives that establish Real Property Management’s priorities, positioning us as the premier third‑party full‑service real‑estate management organization in North America.
- Enable Others to Achieve Their Dreams – Build trust with the parent company and franchisees, and help them achieve their success through business ownership within the Real Property Management system.
- Collaborative – Work closely with internal teams to execute franchise business owner strategic plans.
- Empathetic – View every interaction as an opportunity to grow relationships and improve processes.
- Adaptable – Flexible and willing to meet with internal and external customers when they are available. Encourage collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect among team members.
- Clear & Concise – Communicate team goals, project objectives and individual responsibilities. Willing to listen and learn.
- Results‑Oriented – Strengthen relationships between franchisor and franchisee and influence brand standards.
- Data and Impact‑Driven – Stay focused on activities that achieve franchise owner and organizational goals.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, property management or related field; certification in the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) preferred. - Experience:
Five or more years related experience as a business coach, small business owner, property manager, or equivalent. - 10‑25% travel.
- Competitive pay: commensurate with experience.
- Schedule:
Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (local time). - Benefits:
