Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee change requests from submission through completion, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and adherence to established processes.
  • Facilitate recurring review meetings with stakeholders to assess readiness, risks, and implementation plans.
  • Provide support for urgent or high‑priority change activities as needed.
  • Monitor and manage work queues to ensure timely processing, documentation, and closure of records.
  • Identify compliance issues, process gaps, and areas for improvement, escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and trend analyses to support operational decision‑making.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve workflows, controls, and system functionality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support audit, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Deliver guidance, training, and support to users on processes, procedures, and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, process management, project coordination, IT service management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with workflow, ticketing, or service‑management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of process controls, governance, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience interpreting data and creating reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
  • Advanced attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, or business intelligence visualizations.
  • Experience working with databases, data analysis tools, or reporting solutions.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies or operational governance frameworks.
