Financial Analyst Senior

Our Client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Healthcare Business Analyst to support operational performance, financial analysis, provider benchmarking, and strategic decision-making within a healthcare environment. This role combines data analytics, financial reporting, project leadership, and process improvement to drive operational excellence and business performance.

• Design and execute data collection, research, and analytical methodologies to support business objectives
• Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations utilizing charts, graphs, and other visualization tools
• Provide actionable recommendations based on statistical and financial analyses
• Evaluate financial trends, business forecasts, and clinic performance metrics
• Conduct provider productivity, compensation, and benchmarking analyses
• Support annual budget planning, review, and variance analysis activities
• Recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Lead projects by coordinating resources, assigning tasks, and monitoring completion timelines
• Assess existing processes, programs, and practices to identify optimization opportunities
• Conduct investigations, research initiatives, and performance assessments
• Support implementation of operational improvement initiatives

• Prepare and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards
• Support audits, reviews, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Ensure adherence to privacy, confidentiality, and healthcare compliance requirements

• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and operational teams
• Communicate complex analytical insights in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with providers, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives

• Participate in committees, meetings, and special projects as required
• Maintain current knowledge of healthcare industry trends, performance metrics, and best practices
• Support organizational quality, safety, and service excellence initiatives

• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
• Experience interpreting large datasets and transforming data into actionable insights
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

• Experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and business reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting platforms, and data visualization tools
• Knowledge of performance benchmarking and operational analytics
• Familiarity with healthcare data and financial metrics preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience leading projects and collaborating across departments
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, or a related field
• Experience in business analysis, financial analysis, healthcare operations, or performance management
• Strong data analysis and reporting experience

• Experience in physician practice management or healthcare operations
• Knowledge of provider compensation and benchmarking methodologies
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and healthcare financial analysis
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
