About the role:

This is a unique opportunity to be a part of Gartner's Digital Product team (Digital Products and Innovation), a fast-growing product organization. Our mission is to create effortless, customer-centric, habit-forming digital experiences that enable clients to solve their Mission Critical Priorities, by ensuring a cost-effective, scalable, and secured platform for all our products. We are looking for Product Manager who can partner with the engineering and data science teams to build and improve Gartner's digital platforms.

This role will work on a variety of business problems leveraging and productizing available data, sourcing new data and leveraging AI and data science techniques to identify, prioritize, and deliver new value to clients across Gartner tools and digital experiences.

What you will do:

  • Create innovative products using both qualitative and quantitative methods, leveraging best practices and the latest product management techniques for discovery and scaling.
  • Lead collaborative brainstorming and problem-solving sessions with stakeholders to understand business and customer needs, translating insights into feature requirements and measurable KPIs.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize feature development and assess opportunity size within the product landscape.
  • Apply a lean product development approach, working closely with design and engineering teams to validate learnings early and iterate rapidly to achieve objectives.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap by synthesizing inputs from clients, client-facing teams, market research, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Build consensus among product, engineering, and business leaders to prioritize the roadmap based on client and business value.
  • Design solutions for high-potential opportunities, balancing client value, time to market, and development costs.
  • Serve as product owner, leading a scrum team of engineers and designers through all stages of product development.
  • Participate in concept sprints with your scrum team to define product roadmaps, establish MVP functionality, and gather user feedback.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA (or equivalent) a plus
  • 6-8 years' experience within digital product management; experience with enterprise software/product companies a plus
  • Experience leveraging data and AI to create differentiated products, insights, and user experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions to complex customer and business challenges, thinking beyond conventional approaches.
  • Exposure to, or strong curiosity about, technology and SaaS providers across various categories, with an understanding of the unique challenges in product development and marketing.
  • Proficient in the technical aspects of product development, including all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experienced in managing product features from ideation and inception through launch and ongoing product evolution, with the ability to effectively communicate trade-offs and development implications with engineering teams.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to coordinate across multiple business functions. Self-starter who proactively anticipates and addresses business needs.
  • Knowledge of product management methodologies and frameworks is a plus.
  • Possesses a global mindset, with the ability to appreciate and adapt to differences in market needs, competitive landscapes, and cultural norms across countries and sectors
