Mold Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time

Dry Force is looking for a highly organized Mold Coordinator to join our Mold & Asbestos Department
. In this role, you'll coordinate mold projects, manage insurance approvals, communicate with homeowners, and work closely with internal teams and contractors to ensure projects move efficiently from start to finish.

• Coordinate mold projects from start to finish.
• Generating estimates for Mold remediation projects.
• Manage insurance approvals and follow up to keep projects moving forward.
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the mold remediation process, providing updates and answering questions.
• Coordinate scheduling between homeowners, technicians, internal teams, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, tracking reports, and approvals.
• Organize project communications, emails, and required documentation.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delays or outstanding items.
• Ensure project files remain compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with project budgeting and monitor approved scopes of work.
• Support the Mold & Asbestos Department with additional coordination and administrative responsibilities as needed.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance representatives, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
• Experience in restoration, construction, environmental services, or project coordination is preferred.
• Xactimate Level 1 Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within
  90 days of employment.
