Position Summary The Indoor Equipment Support Specialist coordinates and supports customer equipment installations, site surveys, and large-scale rollout initiatives by serving as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, vendors, installers, and operations. This role manages project scheduling, equipment requisitions, survey reviews, installation readiness, order accuracy, and installer coordination to ensure successful project execution from planning through completion.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Coordinates indoor equipment installations, telemetry rollouts, site surveys, retrofits, removals, and national account projects from planning through completion, ensuring installation readiness, project accuracy, and adherence to schedule.

Serves as the primary liaison between vendors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders by communicating project requirements, providing status updates, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer support throughout the project lifecycle.

Manages project schedules, equipment requisitions, parts ordering, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and invoice reconciliation to ensure successful project execution and service delivery.

Monitors project progress, maintain accurate documentation and system records, support reporting, data management, and process compliance.

Supports multiple concurrent projects while collaborating across departments, assisting with vendor performance management, providing backup support for project coordination functions, and contributing to operational and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in:
Customer service in an office environment, and/or Project coordination, scheduling, or operations support.

Experience working with CRM, order management, project management, or database systems.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience coordinating equipment installations, service projects, construction projects, or other operational initiatives. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and apply new technologies, systems, and business processes. Experience using Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or similar business platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and supporting national accounts or multi-location customer projects.
