This highly visible role serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, leading enterprise-wide innovation, commercialization, and operational excellence efforts.

Power the Growth
  • Lead the enterprise Supply Chain strategy roadmap, aligning initiatives with long-term growth objectives and operational priorities.
  • Drive large-scale transformation programs that improve profitability, customer service, agility, and overall supply chain performance.
  • Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, customer service, and technology.
  • Oversee innovation governance, portfolio management, and commercialization processes to accelerate business growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure successful execution of new product launches and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop business cases and investment strategies supporting automation, technology advancement, network optimization, and capital projects.
  • Establish performance metrics, governance processes, and reporting mechanisms that demonstrate tangible business impact.

Work Schedule:

  • 8:00 a.m.

    - 5:00 p.m.
  • 4 days in-office | 1 day remote

Travel Requirements:

  • This role requires approximately 30-40% travel to support plant locations, cross-functional business partnerships, strategic initiatives, vendor engagement, and industry events.

Bring Your Boldness
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain strategy, transformation, consulting, operations, innovation, or related fields.
  • Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, and business case development skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience leading commercialization, portfolio management, innovation, or stage-gate processes.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong change leadership skills with the ability to drive organizational adoption and execution.
  • MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
