Payments Product Owner / Business Analyst

I'm reaching out regarding a long-term contract opportunity for a Payments-focused Product Owner / Business Execution Consultant with a leading financial services organization in Irving, TX. This is a hybrid role requiring 3+ days onsite per week in Irving, TX, with potential for extension and conversion based on business needs and budget.

What They're Looking For:

• Strong Product Owner / Product Management experience within Payments
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Business Execution, or Delivery
• Experience with payment products and the end-to-end payment lifecycle
• Background in Payments, Treasury Services, Merchant Services, or Banking
• Ability to translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
• Experience managing and refining product backlogs
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex datasets
• Experience coordinating across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance
• Strong understanding of the target end user and business rationale behind products
