Role Overview Seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager to help drive the buildout of a next-generation lending platform. This individual will own a key product workstream within a large-scale lending transformation initiative and be responsible for translating business needs into scalable product solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong Product Management fundamentals, proven 0-to-1 product development experience, and lending domain expertise. This is not a delivery or project management role;

direct ownership of product strategy is required.

Key Responsibilities
* Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a critical lending platform component.
* Partner with business, technology, design, and operations teams to identify customer and business pain points.
* Lead product discovery and translate requirements into actionable product solutions.
* Define and prioritize product features, epics, and user stories.
* Manage and maintain product backlogs, sprint priorities, and release planning.
* Drive cross-functional alignment across stakeholders and leadership teams.
* Make product decisions using customer feedback, business needs, and data insights.
* Participate directly in Agile ceremonies and product development activities.

Required Qualifications
*
* Experience:

** 7+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. Proven experience building products from concept through launch (0-to-1 product development) is required.
** Technical

Skills:

** Experience with Product Discovery, Product Strategy, Roadmap Ownership, Product Prioritization, User Story Creation, and Backlog Management. Experience working in Agile product environments and hands-on use of Jira for managing product delivery throughout the SDLC.

Preferred Qualifications
* Lending domain experience in areas such as Commercial Lending, Supply Chain Finance, Underwriting, Portfolio Management, Loan Originations, or Fin Tech Lending.
* Experience in Banking and Financial Services, particularly within large banking organizations.
* Experience with platform modernization or data-intensive products.
* Experience with Agentic AI, AI/ML products, LLM initiatives, intelligent automation, or analytics platforms.
