About Our Client

They are one of the largest and most competitive electrical and network service contractors in the industry, with multiple locations throughout Texas including DFW, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. The company operates under the philosophy 'Trust Built on Performance' – a commitment they prove to their customers each and every day.

Job Description

The Senior Superintendent serves as the primary jobsite supervisor with full operational responsibility for large‑scale electrical construction projects, typically valued at $20 million or more. This position requires strong leadership in managing multiple subordinate supervisors and crews while overseeing the installation, alteration, addition, and repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment.

You'll report to a Senior Project Manager or Division Manager and will be responsible for leading a team of superintendents, foremen, and field personnel. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about large‑scale electrical construction, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and takes pride in building high‑performing teams.
