Construction Project Manager

• Manage the full design and construction lifecycle for renovation and remodeling projects, including scheduling and communication with consultants and contractors
• Oversee project budgeting processes from inception through closeout
• Continuously update project schedules and track progress across multiple sites
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project variables, including procurement and cost reduction
• Prepare and present project status reports during regularly scheduled meetings

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field construction project management or similar project management roles
• Ability to read and analyze architectural, MEP, and structural drawings
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders in the architectural and construction sectors

• BS or BA in a related field
• Experience in multi-site retail healthcare development or similar environments
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong work ethic and professionalism with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel as required for the position
