Reconstruction Sales Estimator

Position Overview

Cavalry Construction & Restoration is seeking a full‑time Reconstruction Sales and Estimating professional who is highly motivated and ambitious. The role is open to entry‑level and experienced individuals who can create and maintain relationships with insurance professionals and property management companies. Ideal candidates will have a professional appearance, natural sales personality, keen attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

• Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Accept leads from third‑party program vendors
• Inspect prospective projects, scope the work, and generate an estimate using an estimating platform (Xactimate)
• Budget and manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects
• Monitor customer satisfaction from initial contact to completion of the project
• Work under pressure and meet timelines
• Attend industry‑related marketing events

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry preferred
• Insurance reconstruction experience preferred but not required
• Proven track record and personality for sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
