QTS is seeking a Senior Pre-construction Estimator to lead cost estimating for large-scale data center projects across multiple markets. You will work with construction management partners to stay current on costs and provide estimates for long-range capital planning and negotiations.
The ideal candidate has seven+ years of preconstruction estimating or construction management, a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or architecture, and proficiency with Pro Est.
