Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re hiring a Project Manager I to bring schedule and project controls discipline to our power delivery projects. This is a hybrid role: based remotely with regular travel to the office and project sites for coordination, progress verification, and client meetings.

You’ll work alongside senior Project Managers and Construction Inspectors to keep schedule, cost, and scope aligned, and to give our clients the visibility they need to make good decisions. This role is built for someone who wants to grow into full project ownership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Build, maintain, and update project schedules in MS Project or Primavera P6, and keep every stakeholder working off the same baseline.
  • Track progress, cost, and change against the schedule baseline. Flag variances before they become problems.
  • Prepare project controls reporting for client review: cost forecasts, progress curves, and schedule updates.
  • Maintain change order, RFI, and submittal logs, and keep documentation audit-ready.
  • Coordinate with Construction Inspectors, engineers, and subcontractors to keep the schedule and the field in sync.
  • Support project closeout: as‑built tracking, punch lists, warranty documentation, and final reporting.
  • Help run project status meetings. Keep decisions and action items documented and followed up.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 2 to 5 years of project management, project controls, or scheduling experience.
  • Hands‑on proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6. You build schedules, you don’t just read them.
  • Working knowledge of cost tracking, change order management, and progress reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and the confidence to present schedule and cost status directly to clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SharePoint or a similar document management system.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the field.
PREFERRED
  • Experience on transmission, substation, distribution, renewables, or data center power delivery projects.
  • PMP or CAPM certification, or actively pursuing one.
  • Experience in an owner’s representative or construction management consulting environment.

The company is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding nondiscrimination.
