Construction Project Administrator

A confidential industry leader is seeking Construction Project Administrators to support a company-wide transition from Procore to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Contract through End of 2026 (Potential for Permanent Hire) in Irving, TX while assisting with large commercial and industrial construction projects.

• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and document control.
• Configure and maintain Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) projects, user access, and permissions.
• Track project documentation, deadlines, and reporting while supporting project teams.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and documentation processes.

• 2+ years of construction project administration or project coordination experience.
• Experience with ACC, Procore, Primavera, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and organizational skills.
• Commercial or industrial construction experience preferred.

• High-profile enterprise technology transition.
• Long-term contract with potential for permanent employment.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction programs.

• Target hourly rate: $35–$38/hour
• Contract engagement through the end of 2026
• Potential conversion to a full-time (permenant) role based on performance and business needs
• Irving, TX - Hybrid (3 days office/2 remote)
