Cavalry Construction Co., LLC. is seeking an experienced Rebuild Superintendent to oversee reconstruction projects from start to finish. This position is responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Candidate must have a working knowledge of construction and must be able to negotiate with subcontractors/suppliers and understand budgets. Experience in Residential and/or Commercial Reconstruction is a must. Candidate must have reliable transportation.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Rebuild Superintendent to oversee residential reconstruction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, high-energy individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position requires someone who works well independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.

The Rebuild Superintendent is responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the reconstruction process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of residential rebuild projects, including project kickoff, scheduling, production, inspections, and completion.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Perform regular job site inspections to ensure workmanship and safety requirements are met.
  • Communicate project updates and expectations with homeowners, project managers, and internal teams.
  • Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, and scope concerns.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including photos, progress updates, and completion records.
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in residential construction, reconstruction, or insurance restoration.
  • Strong knowledge of residential building processes, construction practices, and project sequencing.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Xactimate experience strongly preferred.
  • Insurance restoration and insurance claim rebuild experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, estimates, and construction documents.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
