Construction Superintendent
The Construction Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of solar installation projects nationwide. Responsibilities also include scheduling projects, material shipment, surveys, and other types of daily scheduling. Supervises all solar installation activities and ensuring the safety and compliance of solar projects as assigned by the General Manager. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily:
1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values;
2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources;
3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
