Overview

The Sr. Creative Designer is an internal, full-time role based at USOSM corporate headquarters in Irving, TX, responsible for executing and elevating visual design across the USOSM platform. This position supports USOSM-level branding, partner practice marketing, ancillary services, and strategic growth initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with strong design fundamentals who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties Corporate Branding & Growth Initiatives
  • Develop and maintain cohesive brand identity systems for USOSM across all touchpoints.
  • Create visual assets for corporate communications, presentations, reports, campaigns, and events.
  • Design marketing collateral to support enterprise growth initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and proactively evolve brand standards as needed.
Partner Practice Marketing Support
  • Provide creative support for 130+ affiliated oral surgery practices, ensuring alignment with both practice-level branding and USOSM standards.
  • Design print, digital, and social assets including brochures, posters, signage, website visuals, paid ads, email graphics, and patient education materials.
  • Build scalable templates and toolkits for use by practices and internal marketing partners to drive consistency and efficiency.
Digital, Campaign & Content Design
  • Concept and design creative for USOSM and practice-level marketing campaigns.
  • Develop graphics optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and You Tube.
  • Partner closely with marketing team members to ensure messaging and visuals align with campaign objectives and performance goals.
Project Management & Collaboration
  • Manage the marketing ticketing/request system to ensure requests are received, prioritized, and completed in a timely manner.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, business development, HR, and external vendors as needed.
  • Maintain an organized asset library and digital file management system.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and brand strategy initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a corporate, agency, or multi-location brand environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, and basic motion tools.
  • Portfolio demonstrating excellence in print, digital, and social design.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working within established brand systems while contributing to creative evolution.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple projects and stakeholders with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience supporting healthcare, dental, or multi-location service brands.
  • Working knowledge of Word Press, Hub Spot, or digital advertising platforms.
  • Basic video editing or animation experience (After Effects, Premiere, or similar).
  • Experience creating scalable templates and production-ready files for distributed teams.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent use of hands to manipulate keyboard, telephone, files, and other office equipment.
