POSITION OVERVIEW

Bioworld Merchandisingis seeking an experience Associate Graphic Designer to create licensed graphics across marketing, ecommerce, and product assets.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within DTC marketing, retail, or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop; proven experience in digital design and art direction.
  • Hands‑on experience designing emails, digital ads, web banners, and ecommerce assets.
  • Solid understanding of brand storytelling, customer‑focused design, and DTC marketing best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and adapt designs based on feedback and performance needs.
  • Experience working within shared design systems, brand guidelines, and asset management workflows.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
  • Design high‑performing digital marketing assets for both B2B and DTC brands, including email graphics, digital ads, web banners, and ecommerce assets.
  • Support the end‑to‑end creative process, from concept development to final execution, across product, packaging, and marketing assets.
  • Execute assets across multiple formats and sizes while maintaining visual consistency and brand standards.
  • Apply performance insights, customer feedback, and trend research to continuously improve creative output.
  • Design within licensed brand guidelines while maintaining a cohesive internal brand look and feel.
  • Collaborate closely with various marketing, product, and ecommerce teams to ensure designs align with campaign goals and business needs.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a comparable degree, or equivalent professional experience, required.
