MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER

PRIMARY

PURPOSE:

The Multimedia Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and producing visually compelling content for a wide variety of platforms, including digital, video, and print. This role combines strong graphic design skills with expertise in video production and motion graphics to tell a cohesive brand story. The ideal candidate is a creative professional who can work on multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a consistent brand identity.

The candidate must have proven experience of concept development and project management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Design and produce high-quality visual content for print and digital channels, such as social media, web pages, and email campaigns.

* Create, edit, and produce engaging video content, including short-form social videos, promotional spots, and training materials.

* Develop motion graphics, animations, and other special effects to enhance video content and digital experiences.

* Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects that align with company goals.

* Ensure brand consistency across all visual and video assets and maintain an organized media asset library.

* Oversee video projects from concept through final delivery, including story boarding, filming, and post-production.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video work.

* Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

* Able to conceptualize, storyboard and shoot video for post-production.

* Photography, video, lighting, and staging experience

* Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and performing website updates using CMS.

* Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

* Excellent creative and visual storytelling skills.

* Ability to work with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

* Take an idea from concept to delivery.

* Must be detail oriented.

* Proven ability to adhere to budget and provide input for forecasting.

* Stay up to date with industry developments and tools.

REQUIRED

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.

* At least five years of graphic design and general marketing experience.

* Candidates must provide a portfolio link to be considered. Provide an example where you have taken an idea from concept to reality and how you managed it with stakeholders.
