CVB Graphic Designer

Job Posting

This position supports the marketing and communications efforts of the Irving Convention and Visitors Bureau (ICVB) by developing high-quality visual assets that promote Irving as a premier destination for leisure travelers, meeting planners, and event organizers.

• Design and produce promotional materials for print and digital platforms
• Create original artwork, illustrations, signage, and advertising assets
• Support social media, email marketing, website graphics, and event collateral
• Maintain brand standards across all communications
• Manage print production and coordinate with vendors
• Source photography and design elements
• Assist with copy editing and formatting to ensure clarity and accuracy
• Collaborate with ICVB and Irving Convention Center staff on marketing initiatives
• Support hospitality partners with promotional materials
• Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, communications, or a related field
• At least one year of experience in graphic design, desktop publishing, or communications
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Strong eye for detail, ability to manage multiple design projects and deadlines, and to handle revision feedback
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Pay Grade HI53 / Full pay range $4,938 - $6,966 per month.
