Insurance Sales Lab is looking for a video editor to create engaging instructional content that helps insurance agency owners run high‑producing, profitable agencies. The brand is no‑fluff, delivering actionable steps to build businesses.

We operate a lean, close‑knit team where every voice is heard. You’ll work closely with our existing editor and media team on every production.

We produce educational videos, short‑form reels, documentaries, and docu‑series. Visualizing concepts is a crucial part of our teaching process, so we value creativity, humility, and hunger for growth.

Base salary of $60,000 per year, with attractive bonus potential and room for negotiation after a strong first year.

Progression is encouraged; we look for leaders and provide training, resources, and long‑term development to build a rewarding career.

On‑site position in Irving, TX (ZIP 75039). Remote work is not available due to the collaborative nature of the projects.

Shooting and editing videos, managing social media advertising campaigns, and contributing to the Insurance Sales Lab Podcast. Expect a mix of creative work, project management, and collaboration with team members.
