• Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to pass a drug test and background check

Previous experience in customer service and/or with collection negotiation tactics to determine the best options available to assist customers in difficult situations. Please apply if you have worked with delinquent accounts, skip tracing, redemptions, arrangements with customers, customer service, accounts management, collections negotiation.

• Making outbound calls on delinquent accounts
• Receiving inbound calls on delinquent accounts
• Handling redemptions
• Handling repossessed accounts
• Out for repossession reviews
• Skip tracing
