Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Bilingual
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with museum visitors and groups; process admission fees; provide information about the museum, exhibits, programs and satellite locations; provide customer service to visitors while adhering to all policies and procedures; process merchandise transactions in the museum store and help manage museum store product inventory.
- Answer telephone calls and provide information about museums, directions, programs, events, hours of operation.
- Provide tours of permanent and temporary exhibitions; assist as a facilitator in the Spark!
Lab; help maintain the physical appearance of the museum by keeping areas clean and organized, and reporting any custodial needs to the appropriate personnel.
- High school diploma or equivalent and one year of customer service experience required.
- Schedule varies and will include morning, afternoon, evening, weekend and occasional holiday hours.
- Applicants must submit hours of availability with application.
PAY GRADE GG09 / FULL PAY RANGE $16.97 – $23.93 PER HOUR
