Client Outreach
Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)
Location: 3001 Hackberry Rd Irving, TX 75063
Job Summary:
- This role will aid in the outreach to clients to help position them to migrate from an older version of Encompass to the new platform, EPC.
- They will need to help find the right contacts within our customer shops, answer high level questions, help clients get into a queue for migration and shepherd them through the process until full migration is complete.
- If possible, we will also have the candidates survey our clients on the phone to get valuable feedback on product and client experience
People Skills, Executive Communication skills, Organization skills, Phone skills, Microsoft office suite, Salesforce.
