Award Booking Concierge

A company is looking for an Award Booking Concierge (Contract, Commission) to assist customers in maximizing their loyalty points for travel bookings.

Key Responsibilities Assist customers in crafting creative itineraries using their points and priorities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, text, and phone to facilitate bookings Liaise with airlines and loyalty programs on behalf of customers as needed

Required Qualifications Extensive experience booking award flights and finding creative redemptions Strong understanding of major airline alliances and partnerships Familiarity with award-space search tools across multiple loyalty programs Strong work ethic with a commitment to responsiveness and customer service Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
