Overview
Achieve More. Earn More. Kia of Irving is excited to welcome motivated and customer‑focused Service Advisors to join our growing Service Center. As a key representative of our Service Department, the Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for our customers—helping them understand their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs, outlining service options, and providing clear cost estimates before coordinating with our Technicians.

- Guide Customers:
Explain repair recommendations, costs, and service options while addressing questions and ensuring a positive experience. - Manage Service Records:
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle files, process invoices and payments, and verify warranty coverage. - Promote Services:
Recommend additional maintenance or products to support department sales goals. - Coordinate Appointments:
Schedule visits, document customer concerns, and prepare clear and accurate Repair Orders with cost estimates. - Handle Insurance & Loaners:
Verify insurance details and coordinate loaner vehicles in partnership with the Rental Agent.
- Flexible availability to support business needs
- Sales experience with a working knowledge of the automotive industry
- Basic computer skills and comfort navigating software systems
- Ability to complete onboarding efficiently
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (up to 5 hours)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents, prepare routine reports, and interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
