Hablas espanol? Este es el trabajo perfecto para ti! Two positions with an auto finance company starting in April. You will be interviewing for both roles, and it's important to be open to either opportunity, as the hiring manager will decide which position to offer.
Responsibilities- Answering incoming calls throughout the day from customers who need assistance with their account, payment information, title request, and payment options.
- Customer Care Representative:
Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with one late night a week 9 AM - 6 PM; also one late Friday rotating every four weeks and 1-2 Saturdays a month 8 AM-12 PM. - Customer Accounts Representative:
Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with two late nights a week 11 AM - 8 PM (late nights are never on Friday); 1-2 Saturdays a month 8 AM-12 PM. Light collections: calling customers who have missed one payment (1-29 days past due).
- Completed 4 year Bachelor's Degree (required).
- Entry level; 3+ years of professional experience qualifies for higher pay.
- Financial experience, call center experience, data entry, auto finance experience.
- Spanish speakers receive $0.50 hourly raise.
- $18.50 - $21.50/hr for candidates with less than 3 years of professional experience.
- $21.50 - $23.50/hr for candidates with more than 3 years of professional experience.
Contract to Hire. Irving, TX 75063. Fully onsite.
