Customer Accounts Representative
Contract‑to‑hire, 6‑month opportunity. Training and cross‑department experience included.
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Two late nights weekly (11 AM–8 PM, never Fridays)
- Every other Saturday, 8 AM–12 PM
- One week per month shifts to 7 AM–4 PM + Saturday 7 AM–12 PM
- Light collections (1–29 days past due), assist customers with payment updates, login support, and general account help (no heavy collections)
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- One Saturday per month, 8 AM–12 PM
- Inbound customer service assisting with payments, account questions, website access, and general support
- Flexible schedule; mandatory overtime as needed
- Currently two Saturdays per month, 8 AM–12 PM
- Review and verify leasing/purchase contracts, make 10–15 outbound calls to dealerships, enter customer data, assign account numbers, and organize contract documents (no inbound calls)
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred (Associate’s or 1–2 years experience acceptable)
- Strong communication, customer service skills, problem‑solving, and attention to detail
- Experience in customer service, call center, auto finance, or data entry is a plus
Pay range: $18.50 – $23.50 per hour.
