** Sign-Up Representative
** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and providing ongoing support. This role requires excellent sales skills, great communication, attention to detail, and a customer‑centric approach to enhance the client experience.
- Greet clients and make them feel welcome.
- Guide clients through the initial sign‑up process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collect and verify client information to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Serve as a point of contact for potential clients, addressing inquiries and providing prompt, clear, and concise information.
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
- Address and resolve potential client concerns or issues promptly, showing a proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
- Educate clients on the firm’s processes, services, and timelines, ensuring they understand the legal procedures.
- Have the emotional intelligence and maturity to have difficult conversations with clients to encourage them to hire the firm for legal services.
- Provide ongoing customer service by acting as the liaison between the potential client and the Meneses Law team, including weekly/monthly follow‑up after they check in by telephone. Document conversations and report to management with any concerns they may have.
- Adhere to a prescribed script, ensuring consistent and standardized communication.
- Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
- Friendly and strong commitment to customer service.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant data tools.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem‑solving.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to type 45 WPM or more.
- Strong English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Attention to detail and process orientation.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Self‑motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Relationship building and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and take initiative in problem‑solving.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
- This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
- Occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
- May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing a computer monitor for extended periods of time.
- Involves manual dexterity for using a keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
- The ability to move and lift items up to 10 pounds.
Pay: $23.00 per hour
