Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist will serve as the main line of communication between the distributors and sales force and the internal operations team. This position facilitates the various roles that complete the sales lifecycle from onboarding, building surgical kits and returns, and approval to processing complete sales transactions. Through eight areas of specialization, the goal is to learn multiple areas in the first year, and some positions include one or two specializations within the Customer Service Specialist role.

• Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Processing requests for shipping labels, tracking, and inventory questions.
• Coordinating the transfer and delivery of inventory.
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure systems data is correct.
• Reviewing surgery set requests and submitting them to management for approval.
• Submitting orders and partnering with warehouse to complete them.
• Booking air cargo flights for set shipment.
• Maintaining communication with distributors concerning set requests and shipping information.
• Being available to work overtime when needed.

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with ERP software; SAP experience is a plus.

• Experience in orthopedic spine is preferred but not required.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in all listed roles.
• Some college, or equivalent experience.
