Call Center Representative – Auto Finance
Location: Irving, TX
Shift: Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM with one late night a week; plus rotating late Friday and occasional Saturdays.
Two positions available:
Customer Care Representative and Customer Accounts Representative

- Customer Care Representative
:
Answer calls and assist customers with account, payment, title request, payment options, website login, and related inquiries. - Customer Accounts Representative
:
Conduct light collections by calling customers who have missed one payment (between 1 and 29 days past due).
Qualifications
- Completed 4‑year Bachelor’s Degree (required).
- Financial, call center, and data entry experience.
- Auto‑finance industry experience preferred.
- Spanish language skills earn a $0.50/hr addition.
Compensation
$21.50/hr for less than 3 years of experience; $23.00/hr for more than 3 years. Pay range $18.50–$23.50/hr.
Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.
