Customer Service Specialist
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $25.33
What's the Job?- Participate in or support low complexity initiatives within Customer Service.
- Review basic policies, procedures, and tactical issues related to customer support tasks.
- Provide information and assistance to client personnel in Customer Service.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management including tracking contact attempts and scheduling calls.
- Engage in regular feedback sessions to improve pilot programs and customer experience.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center roles, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.
- Ability to exercise judgment within defined parameters and follow guidance from supervisors.
- Strong organizational skills to manage referrals, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus to support diverse customer needs.
- Comfortable working in an in-office environment with a schedule of three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday).
