Compensation
+ $21.50/hour - Less than 3 years of relevant experience
+ $23.00/hour - 3+ years of relevant experience
+ +$0.50/hour for Spanish-speaking candidates
Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Lease Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support customers nearing the end of their lease by providing guidance, answering questions, and helping them navigate their next steps. This is a fast-paced, phone-based role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
+ Handle high-volume incoming and outgoing calls
+ Educate customers on lease-end options
+ Confirm customer intentions regarding lease maturity
+ Coordinate with dealerships to verify balloon payments and lease returns
+ Provide payoff quotes to customers, dealers, and insurance companies
+ Serve as a point of contact for customer and dealer inquiries
+ Deliver general customer service and support
Training Program
+ Duration: 2 weeks (fast-paced)
+
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
+ Training Breakdown:
+ 25% self-guided learning
+ 15% classroom instruction
+ 60% one-on-one shadowing
+ You will begin taking calls by the second week
Note:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early each day to be prepared to start on time.
Work Schedule
This role follows a rotating shift schedule between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM.
Schedules are provided one month in advance to support work-life balance.
Shift Options:
+ 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
+ 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
+ 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
+ 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
+ 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Basic Qualifications
+ Completed 4-year Bachelor's degree
+ Strong communication and customer service skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
+ Comfortable multitasking and navigating systems
Hiring Process
+ 10-minute phone screen
+ Virtual meeting with recruiter (via Teams)
+ 30-minute on-site interview with hiring managers

+ 7-panel drug test (standard industry levels)
+ 7-year background check, including:
+ Criminal history
+ Employment verification
+ Education verification

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr.
