Balance and reconcile daily/nightly ticket sales and cash drawers;
Assist in pricing initiatives (Progressive, Platinum, Dynamic, Flex) and ticket offers;
Distribute accurate daily ticket counts to Artist Representatives and assist with internal ticket orders/reports;
Support night-of-show Will Call, Guest List, and ADA requirements; handle transfers and barcode issues;
Maintain Box Office operations on Ticketmaster host system and keep logs (Ticket Stock Log, Vault Log) and schedules up-to-date
