Job Title: Bilingual Collections Representative

Schedule: Monday - Friday + occasional Saturdays: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Pay: $20-$24 based upon experience

Location: Irving, TX 75063 - potential to work-from-home once training is successfully completed

As a Bilingual Collections Representative you will be responsible for contacting customers with delinquent automotive loan accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and utilizing skip-tracing techniques to locate customers and collateral. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, using your negotiation and problem-solving skills to recover outstanding debts while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Contacting customers to negotiate payment arrangements on outstanding accounts
• Managing and reviewing a queue of accounts through calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Conducting fact-finding to locate key financial and collateral information
• Skip-tracing to track down hard-to-reach customers
• Maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive data
• Collaborating with the team to create a positive, productive work environment

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) – required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections – required
• Preferred:
  Auto collections & bankruptcy experience
• Strong negotiation & communication skills
• Tech-savvy – comfortable using computers and collection software
• A results-driven mindset and a genuine desire to learn and grow

• Passing clerical testing
• An in-person interview
• A clear background check and drug screen
