Desk Specialist; Bilingual Spanish

Position: Support Desk Specialist (Bilingual Spanish)
Position Summary:

The Support Desk Associate handles all phone calls and emails correspondence coming into the SSC from dealerships and vendors. Associate is responsible for creating tickets, sending the ticket to the correct SSC department, research invoices and relay status information. They can also provide information on processes, answer how-to questions and handle emergency requests appropriately. The Support Desk needs to provide excellent customer service to callers.

Organizational Relationships:

Interacts with internal and external customers at various levels, Support Desk team, supervisor and management.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle calls coming into the SSC Support Desk attempt to resolve the service request; log and monitor progress of all issues
2. Provide assistance to dealership personnel in looking up the status of invoices, and other items tracked through the SSC
3. Use Fortis Link, Cash Pro, DRIVE, Service Desk, and Excel
4. Provide resolution information and status on service requests previously called into the Support Desk and escalate critical issues appropriately within the various departments in the SSC.

Qualifications:

1. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / basic computer skills
2. Understand basic accounting principles and logic
3. Customer service skills and experience
4. Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
5. Professional phone and email etiquette

Physical Requirements:

This is a largely sedentary role with extended period looking at computer monitors and being on the telephone.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 6:30pm OR 9:00am to 8:00pm off on Wednesdays.
