We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing Dealership Support team
. In this full‑time role
, you’ll handle inbound calls and provide friendly, professional customer assistance for clients and dealerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls from customers, dealerships, and repair facilities with professionalism and empathy.
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide accurate, helpful information about service coverage and next steps.
  • Enter and update customer information in our system to ensure clear records and smooth follow‑up.
  • Process cancels received via email or through our Portal.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to resolve customer questions and ensure timely support.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by taking initiative and helping where needed.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills—friendly, professional, and confident on the phone.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
  • Previous experience in customer service with excellent communication skills and a knack for resolving issues effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Windows Explorer.
  • Interest in learning more about the automotive industry (no prior experience required).
  • Typing proficiency of 40+ words per minute.
  • Team player who is adaptable, dependable, and eager to grow.
