We're seeking friendly, dependable individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives
. This is a full‑time, in‑person position supporting community outreach events throughout the local area.

Please Note: This position involves working at community events, interacting with the public, and traveling to local event locations as part of your workday. This is not an office‑only, remote, or hybrid position. Reliable transportation is required.

You’ll represent community outreach campaigns at scheduled events, interact with members of the public, answer questions, and help create positive experiences. Every day is different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast‑paced environment.

No previous experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

• Represent community outreach campaigns at scheduled local events
• Welcome and engage with event attendees in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about current community initiatives
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful event operations

Weekend availability may occasionally be needed based on scheduled community events

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation is required
• Must be able to work in person
  ; this is not a remote or hybrid position
• Comfortable working with the public in a face‑to‑face environment
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, event, or volunteer experience is helpful but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

This is an in‑person position based in the Irving, TX area. Team members report to the office and travel to scheduled event locations throughout the surrounding community. Remote work is not available for this role.
