WebTPA, a Guide Well Company, is seeking a Client Resolution Specialist to be a key resource for members, providers, clients, and internal teams by resolving complex service-related cases. The role supports Customer Service with inbound/outbound calls and collaborates with various departments for resolution.
The position is in-office at 6535 North State Highway 161, Irving, TX, with preferred CST hours 9:00am–6:00pm and training 8:00am–4:30pm. Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred.
