WebTPA, a Guide Well Company, is seeking a Client Resolution Specialist in Irving, TX, to support members, providers, clients, and internal teams by resolving complex service-related cases. It will include inbound and outbound calls and cross-department collaboration.
The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience, healthcare knowledge, and strong communication skills. In-office hours are 9:00am–6:00pm CST, with training 8:00am–4:30pm CST; bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred.
