Entry Level Auto Finance Representative

Onsite | Irving, TX | Contract to Hire

$18.50-$23.50/hr

Ready to launch your career in the Auto‑finance industry? We’re hiring multiple entry level representatives across two departments, and we’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a longterm career.

We are hiring for two roles, and candidates should be open to any of these positions:

• Customer Accounts Representative
• Customer Care Representative

You’ll receive full training - plus opportunities to cross train and grow.

Schedule:

• Mon-Fri: 8 AM-5 PM
• Two late shifts weekly: 11 AM-8 PM (never Fridays)
• Every other Saturday: 8 AM-12 PM
• One week each month: 7 AM-4 PM + Saturday 7 AM-12 PM

• Make friendly, early stage courtesy calls to customers 1-29 days past due on payments
• Help customers with payment setups, autopay enrollment, and account updates
• Assist with password resets or login issues
• No heavy collections - escalation teams handle those accounts

Schedule:

• Mon-Fri: 8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-6 PM
• One Saturday per month: 8 AM-12 PM

• Take inbound calls and support customers with:
• Account questions
• Payment options
• Title requests
• Website/login help

• Up to 3 hours of OT per week
• Two Saturdays per month required (8 AM-12 PM)

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Basic computer and dataentry skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr.
