No college degree: $19.00 - 19.50 per hour Associate's degree Pay: $20.50 - $22.50 per hour Bachelor's degree Pay: $22.00 - $23.50 per hour

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading and writing fluency in Spanish is not required)

• Discuss lease-end and payment options with customers
• Verify customer intentions regarding account resolutions
• Communicate with dealerships regarding customer accounts and vehicle returns
• Provide payoff information to customers, dealerships, and insurance companies
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and dealer inquiries
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
