Charter Communications is seeking a Customer Service Representative on our billing team. In a fast-paced call center, you will handle inbound calls, resolve billing inquiries, and provide product knowledge while delivering friendly, accurate service to customers.
We value empathetic communicators who multitask and work varied shifts, including nights and weekends. A high school diploma is required; 6+ months of customer service experience is preferred. Training class begins September 2026.
