The Customer Service Representative handles customer inquiries, processes orders, and supports sales efforts through upselling and marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Take and process customer orders via phone and Whats App

Verify and enter orders accurately into the system

Provide outstanding customer service and assist with order follow-ups

Optimize pallet orders to enhance sales and customer satisfaction

Upsell products, introduce new items, and promote festival pre-booking

Utilize Whats App marketing to increase product awareness and sales

Oversee physical returns and remote credit approvals

Assist pickup customers and ensure smooth transactions

Maintain accurate records and generate basic reports

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate computer systems
• Effective verbal and email communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Weekend availability required, including early morning shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check
