WebTPA, a Guide Well Company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from providers and members in Irving, TX. This full-time, in-office role pays $18.00 per hour with a quarterly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
Training runs Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm CST. You will document call notes, resolve questions about benefits, claims and eligibility, and maintain key service metrics.
